Holiday Light Stroll Tuesday, November 25, 5:30 - 7:30PM

What better way to kick off the holiday season than to take a stroll through beautiful Christmas lights! Join Northside Kids’ Ministry for a stroll through the "Celebration in Lights" at Newport News Park. Newport News Park will be transformed by over a million individual lights, creating animated holiday and fanciful scenes. Over 350 individual display pieces, 50+ arches, and over three miles of rope lighting enhance the natural beauty of the two-mile walk along Newport News Park’s main road. All participants joining Northside Kids for the Holiday Light Stroll will walk together through the "Celebration in Lights".

Families will park at Woodside High School. We will have a meeting spot at Woodside High School and load the shuttles together. Once our tickets are scanned, we will load bus shuttles that will transport us over to the Newport News City Park to begin our stroll.

The "Celebration in Lights" walk is two miles long and we will walk back to the high school upon exiting the park. Once we complete the stroll through the “Celebration in Lights”, your family is invited to have a pizza dinner with Northside Kids Ministry at Joe & Mimma’s Italian restaurant located in the Grafton Shopping Center. Dinner will be your choice of cheese, pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a drink. We will not be ordering off the menu. Dinner is on us!
